Imperfect Mixed Pearl Necklace

The imperfect and organic shapes found in Freshwater Pearls are what give them their beauty but sometimes blemished beads sneak into supply orders. When making Dewdrop pieces these pearls do not pass my quality control and are set aside even if they just have one little blemish.

In an effort to reduce production waste I stash away imperfect materials waiting for the right opportunity for them rather than throwing them away. I mean they are real pearls after all, a tiny blemish, uneven lustre or crooked drill hole shouldn’t stop us from enjoying them right!?

The solution, a very small collection of reduced price Freshwater Pearl Necklaces that are made from imperfect Freshwater Pearls. Same vibe (even some new designs) but lower price.

***For the solid Mixed Pearl Necklace the imperfections though small are inconsistent lustre/texture, flat/matte on one side, small dots of discolouration inside grooves or crooked drill holes that make the beading wire visible when pearl spins
